Many
of the reasons for which individuals find the need for legal assistance
are at best stressful and at worst distressing. From buying or selling
a house, accident or injury claim, preparing a Will or arranging your
affairs, you may need a solicitor that will handle your case quickly,
efficiently and with understanding. The elderly need legal advice
that shows that their needs, wishes and best interests are of paramount
importance at all times. However, this is obviously best obtained
at the lowest cost possible, in time as well as money.

are many sites now offering free legal advice, but be careful,
these sites may really only be offering minimal information.
Some sites do, unfortunately, insist that you have to become
a member to make the most of it. Some sites also have a search
facility where you can type in your postcode or city, and find
out which solicitors are practicing in your area. Whilst you
will find many solicitors now offer a free half-hours consultation,
check their ongoing fees as these can vary a great deal.
Free information is available from many government legal organisations,
where there is free legal advice on taxation, wills, employment,
small business, divorce and traffic.
