Exercise could help prevent up to 10,000 cases of breast and bowel cancer each year, according to the World Cancer Research Fund.

By being moderately active - exerting oneself in activities which make the heart beat faster such as housework or taking a brisk walk, could help lower the risk of developing cancer. more

:D Did You Know?
The average home today contains 62 toxic chemicals.
More than 85,000 synthetic chemicals have been produced since WW2.
Less than 10% of synthetic chemicals have been tested for toxicity, mutagenic, and carcinogenic affects or birth defects. The majority of chemicals have never been tested for long term effects.
Indoor air is 3to 70 times more polluted than outdoor air due to chemicals. We spend 90% of our time indoors and 65% of that at home
The most common forms of poison exposure for children under the age of six are cosmetics and personal care products.
Household products release toxic vapours even when not being used. Washing powders, cleaning products, air fresheners it takes 100 chemicals to make a perfume.Nasty !
Sodium Laurly/ Laureth Sulphate industrial degreaser.Affects the eyes, DNA
Propylene Glycol anti freeze, brake fluid used in moisturisers, baby wipes.
Glycerine stops skin from breathing found in moisturisers.
Talc used in cosmetics.
The scary thing is thousands of ingredients used in the household have never been tested so no one knows whether they are safe or not.
So the good news I know a company who 26 years ago pioneered the formulation, manufacture and distribution of products made only from ingredients KNOW to be safe.
I have transferred my spending on my household products to them. You can too.
Do you want the benefits of a Healthy Home?
If you do, leave a message and contact details on this forum Ill give you more information.
