Just take a moment to think about the word ‘fitness’ — what images does it conjure up? Young bodies, Lycra, fast-paced exercise classes at the gym?

Of course, it’s true that fitness is important when you’re young. But what too many of us fail to understand is that it’s actually crucial for anyone aged from around 50 upwards. Read more
